Role purpose 職位目的 •； Support potato propagation trials in IM/HLJ, such as density trial, fertilizer trial, fungicide/insecticide trial, and seed treatment test trials etc. 支持馬鈴薯種薯生產試驗（內蒙古/黑龍江），包括密度試驗、肥料試驗、殺蟲劑/殺菌劑試驗、種衣劑試驗等 •； Support technology manager to supervise potato propagation 支持生產技術經理監督管理馬鈴薯種薯生產 Accountabilities •； Carry out propagation trials such as density trial, fertilizer trial, fungicide/insecticide trial, and seed treatment test trials etc. for different generation of tuber propagation G1-G2 and G2-G3. 開展種薯生產試驗，包括密度試驗、肥料試驗、殺蟲劑/殺菌劑試驗、種衣劑試驗等 •； Collect and analyse trials data. 收集相關的試驗數據 •； Record field agronomy practice for both trial and propagation 記錄田間農藝措施 |
| 應聘要求 | Knowledge, experience & capabilities Critical knowledge Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, plant science or related field. 大農學相關專業，本科學歷以上 Critical experience 1 year+ field trial experience is preferred 最好有1年以上的田間試驗經驗 Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities Adapt to work in rural area 能適應農村環境 Able to travel across production locations as per assignment. 能適應經常出差 Good computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint 能熟練的應用辦公軟件 |
